My name is Thomas Eckardt and I am a north German compatriot. I grew up in the very small village of Ahrenswohlde, near the city of Buxtehude.

My destiny wanted me to work in many countries, and I can say that I've had experienced a lot of stories in my life. Many beautiful stories, but also some cruel ones.

A basic experience I have had around the world: the poorer the people I met, the warmer they were. It is very lucky that I am German, because Germans are generally welcome guests abroad and everyone raves about our German quality and our German cars. It will remain as long as we Germans treat our guests well.

In addition to challenging work as a designer and project manager, I always enjoy doing something creative.
This means that in addition to designing new mechanical engineering systems such as concrete or asphalt plants, I also like to invest a lot of time in private creative hobbies. Filming and photography has become my great passion.

I never give up and try to make everything work. Especially on construction sites, of course.
