In autumn 2019, I was sent to Australia on an important mission to complete the construction and commissioning of the largest precast concrete plant in Australia. This facility was part of the "Westgate Tunnel Project", the largest government construction project in Australia in 2019 (and subsequent years).

Equipped with the appropriate powers, I was able to place orders with subcontractors and craftsmen and to successfully start and drive the project forward in collaboration with the customer.

In the meantime, the plant underwent a rigorous inspection by an Australian security expert and was subsequently awarded the title of "Safest Concrete Plant in Australia".
A huge success!

After 3 months of construction, this concrete plant produced the first concrete at the end of 2019. The project will be completed on schedule in 2020.
